72 York Street is the latest contemporary addition to the historic district in downtown Jersey City. Topping at 11 stories high, 72 York houses 14 residential units, in a pristine lot placement adjacent to the Jersey City Post Office building. Utilizing a neo-classical facade composition designed by MVMK, the structure eloquently blends with the neighborhood character, offering full luxury amenities and finishes throughout. Prima Kitchen was contracted by GN Management, a full-service development of modernist luxury properties, for the design, manufacturing, logistical planning, and delivery of kitchen cabinetry for 72 York Street.
